Short walk back to the stylish 1930’s terminal building in the morning, landing fees to pay and then away.

The original idea of going to Elba via Roma Urbe airport was dropped at the last minute. It would have been a very short visit and we thought we’d leave it for another time. So direct it was, back down the Lido to Malamocco, routing towards Imola at first and then over the Appenines and through southern Tuscany, north of Siena and over the short sea crossing into Elba. https://www.dropbox.com/s/09k4x4j4ptr89d8/PVWW%20Through%20Tuscany.mp4?dl=0
The mountains were truly delightful with many Tuscan hilltop villages to put on the list of ‘must visits’. Radio reception proved intermittent again so we went quiet until we could pick up Marina Di Campo Information . . . about five miles out!
Three choices for the landing . . . Garmin VIRB or hand held Panasonic Video Camera in the Tecnam or GoPro from the CTSW! https://www.dropbox.com/s/cpydvmejptia8z2/PVWW%20Arrival%20Elba%20Virb.mp4?dl=0

Marina di Campo was very quiet with very few movements the day we arrived. The marshalling team worked very hard to get us to the correct parking area and then to the terminal.
